What Corriden is.
Corriden is a service of Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. (“Corriden”). It provides decision-support analysis for evaluating employer health-plan funding arrangements. Reports and the on-site calculator are analytical tools built on stated assumptions, and every report prints its methods, factors, and data sources.
What Corriden is not.
Corriden does not provide actuarial opinions, insurance advice, legal advice, or tax advice, and nothing on this site or in a report is an offer of insurance. Corriden never generates, estimates, or quotes stop-loss premiums or terms — stop-loss figures in any analysis are inputs you supply from actual market quotes. Decisions about plan funding remain yours and your client’s, made with your own advisors.
Accuracy and uncertainty.
Projections are estimates with stated uncertainty, not guarantees. Illustrative figures on the homepage are demonstrations, not projections for any actual group. Actual claims experience will differ from any projection.
Purchases.
During launch, purchases are arranged by email and fulfilled same-day. Single reports include a 30-day re-run window. Monthly plans may be cancelled any time and end at the close of the billing period. Prices exclude applicable taxes.
Refunds.
If a delivered report is defective because of an error in our processing, we will correct and re-issue it or refund the report fee, at our option. Contact us within the report’s 30-day re-run window.
Acceptable use.
Don’t upload data you lack the right to use, attempt to re-identify individuals from any data, or misrepresent Corriden output as an actuarial certification.
Liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Corriden’s aggregate liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the fees you paid for the report or subscription giving rise to the claim.
Governing law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of North Carolina, where Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C. is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
Changes and contact.
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated at the top of this page. Questions: support@corriden.com.
