Public data in, minimal personal data.

Corriden’s analysis runs on public appraisal-roll data that the county appraisal districts publish in bulk. To prepare an estimate or evidence packet, you provide details about your property — things like the parcel or account number, assessed value, building size, asset class, and county — plus contact details so we can deliver it. That property information describes a parcel on a public roll, not a person, and we handle the contact details that come with it as personal data.

What we collect.

If you email us, we keep the correspondence and your email address to respond and provide the service. If you purchase, payment is processed by Stripe; Corriden does not store card numbers. If you purchase or sign in, we store your email address, your sign-in session, and your order records (parcel, amount, status, packet file) so you can retrieve your packets. If you watch a parcel for reminders, we store your email address, the parcels you watch, and your reminder preferences, and we record which reminder emails we have sent you; every such email includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing stops them all.

Analytics without cookies.

We use Plausible, a privacy-first analytics service that uses no cookies and collects no personal data. We see aggregate page counts, not individuals.

No selling, no sharing.

We do not sell personal data or share it with advertisers or data brokers. Service providers (hosting, email, payments) process data only to run the service.

Retention and deletion.

We keep the property details you submit and the packets we deliver so you can retrieve them and so a packet can be reproduced from the identifiers printed on its cover; the underlying appraisal-roll data is public record. Email support@corriden.com to request deletion of anything we hold about you.
