Corriden has no ticket queue and no switchboard. Email arrives with Evan, the credentialed actuary who wrote the method the packets run on — so a question about why a comparable was included, or how a median was computed, is answered by whoever made that decision rather than relayed.
A person reads it. Sales questions, method questions, billing, data deletion, and security reports all go to this address — there is no separate line to be routed to.
No phone number, and why that is stated rather than hidden
This site publishes no telephone number and no street address. The reason the name behind Corriden is a first name is set out plainly on the about page: a day job whose terms bar putting a surname or an employer beside an outside venture. Rather than dress that up with a number nobody answers, it is easier to say so and let you weigh it.
What stands in its place is that Corriden is built so you never have to take a claim on trust. The inputs are the county’s own published appraisal roll. Every packet prints its method, and lists each comparable by account number, so you — or a consultant, attorney, or analyst you hire — can rebuild the arithmetic independently and find out whether it holds. That is a stronger assurance than a phone call, and it is the one this product is actually able to offer.
What to include so the first reply is useful
Corriden identifies a property by county and appraisal-district account number, so those two facts turn a general answer into a specific one.
- The county and the account number. Tarrant, Dallas or Harris, plus the account or parcel number as the appraisal district writes it. A street address works too — the free lookup will resolve it to an account.
- Your order number, if you have bought something. It is on the confirmation email and in your account. It lets a billing or delivery question be resolved without a round of back-and-forth.
- What you are actually trying to establish. “Is this figure comparing against the right submarket?” is a question that can be answered precisely. So is “what does this line in the packet mean?”.

What an email can get you — and what it cannot
This one is worth being exact about, because it is the difference between Corriden and a property-tax consultancy, and it is why the fee is a posted flat fee rather than a share of anything.

- An appraisal, or a statement of what a property is worth. Every figure is an informational estimate from public data, not prepared by a licensed appraiser and not USPAP-compliant.
- A prediction of how a protest will turn out. No reduction, refund, or result is promised.
Who you are buying from
Corriden is a product of Aurelian Syndicate L.L.C., doing business as Corriden. That is the entity on the invoice and the entity that takes on the obligations in the Terms. Payments are processed by Stripe; card details are entered on Stripe’s own checkout page and never reach Corriden’s servers.
